Porter-Gaud Fine Arts Director Nick LaCasse, also known as "Dominic, The Singing Chef," has combined his love of cooking with his love of music by writing a cookbook that includes a CD. Cooks can listen to Dominic sing familiar songs made famous by Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, Elvis, and others while they create his authentic Italian and regional recipes.
